- What form of payments can I use?
We also accept Visa and Master Card payments, Western Union. I will not accept any cashiers checks or bank orders - Is my puppy/dog AKC registered?
Our puppies/dogs are registered by the RUSSIAN KYNOLOGICAL FEDERATION (RKF)-FCI. Hence they come with a Russian Pedigree. We can obtain the Export Pedigree ($80 or including in price), and you can transfer it to AKC with full breeding/showing rights. Please visit AKC's web site for more information or download the Foreign Registration Application form . - Can I register my puppy with my kennel club?
Yes! Our puppies/dogs are registered with an FCI affiliate registry ) guaranteeing that you can transfer the registration to any kennel club which recognizes FCI or AKC - Does the price include shipping ?
Yes, our price includes shipping, crate, veterinary certificate and other related charges. The only additional charge is a $80 fee for the export pedigree if you request one/ or including in price! - Can you give me any references ?

We don't ship puppies under eight weeks of age. If he/she is old enough and we've received the full payment then within a week. - Do you have a contract ?
YES! All our puppies are sold with the contract - Do your puppies receive any vaccinations ?
Yes, an eight-week-old puppy normally receives two shots. - Where are you located ?
We are located in Russia, Moscow - Are your puppies healthy ?
YES! All of our puppies are healthy and checked by our veterinarian before departure. - How long is the flight? Is my puppy given food and water during the transport? Isn't it too cold/hot for the puppy?
We only ship with pet friendly , major airlines that have many years experiencein shipping animals and strict regulations, such as KLM , Delta. . . just to name a few. The airplanes have a separate, temperature controlled room for live animals. This is very safe and most puppies sleep through the flight. In most cases, the puppy stays overnight in one of the airline's cities in Europe or in USA, where he/she is provided with food and water before continuing to the final destination. - How I can find my puppy?
1) Browse our Puppies for sale pages.
2) In case you have not seen the puppy that you are looking for fill out our Puppy Finder form and tell us your needs. We will respond within 3 business days. You should also submit your email address to be notified when new photos are posted.
3) If you fell in love with one of the puppies listed, send us an email with the name of the puppy and we will answer your questions and provide our bank information. Don't forget to read our FAQ page to find the answer to the most often asked questions.
4) We ship puppies at or after eight weeks of age. If your puppy is not ready yet, you may reserve him/her with a $300 non-refundable deposit. We will hold the puppy until eight weeks of age (holding any time after will require an additional $300 deposit - non-refundable).
5) Send us your full name, address, phone and fax number to book a flight. Don't forget to indicate the best day of the week to pick your puppy up (should be a weekday).
6) All pups are FCI registered and come with FCI pedigree. In case you wish to AKC transfer it, make sure you request the export pedigree. We need the name and address of the new owner. Transferring the registration over to AKC is your responsibility. You may download the AKC Foreign Registration form here.
7) Full payment is required prior to shipping. Please wire the balance at least 5 business days before the expected arrival day to make sure we receive your payment in time.
8) Your puppy will be checked out by our veterinarian and the official veterinarian at the airport to assure that he/she is healthy and fit for the journey. Only the required health and import documents travel with the shipment attached to the crate. We send the puppy's DOB and shot records via email also.
9) You should be waiting for the puppy at the airport at the given time. Your puppy becomes available for pick up two hours after the arrival time with a valid ID. There is a $20 - 30 airport handling fee payable to the airline. Send us an email about the puppy's safe arrival. By our guarantee you are responsible to take him/her to your veterinarian for shots and health check within 48 hours.
10) We suggest giving your puppy bottled water and gradually mixing it with tap water, until the puppy gets used to your water. It is also recommended to feed him/her with the same brand that he/she previously been fed.
11) The original documents - pedigree, vaccination booklet and guarantee - will be mailed to you within four to six weeks after your puppy's arrival or if you buy show puppy only in the six month age of your puppy. You may request to receive the papers via FedEx for a $85 charge.
12) We gladly welcome lovely pictures and information on your puppy's development.
